Our journey began in 2005 with the establishment of 'Pensioners Land Surveyors Associates’, a partnership firm founded by esteemed government officers under the Indian Partnership Act of 1932. Expanding our horizons in 2013, we ventured into 'Korals Engineering Solutions Private Limited' operating under the Companies Act of 1956.

The company quickly grew and cemented itself as the new golden standard in commercial. ‘Korals Design Pvt Ltd’ is a leading architectural firm based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, committed to delivering innovative and sustainable design solutions. Established in 2020, our firm carries a rich legacy of expertise and experience in the field.

After gaining extensive experience across SEZs, industrial, institutional, and corporate projects, We as a committed figure in the industry, initiated Korals Designs Private Limited. Our specialized services include architectural design, civil engineering project management, and expertise in navigating government procedures and systems, including technical liaison with various government department. Today we continue to build on that legacy and strive for excellence at everything we do.
